Your dedicated Consent Concierge manages the entire council process from end to end - architectural documentation, engineering reports, council liaison. You simply move forward.

Most do. During your free Discovery Call, our team conducts a real-time desktop analysis of your property — looking at zoning, access, orientation, and planning considerations. We tell you honestly what’s possible and what the pathway looks like.
“What about council consents?”
Every Arc comes with a dedicated Consent Concierge — a member of our in-house planning team who manages the entire consent process on your behalf. You never need to understand the system to navigate it.
“How do I finance it?”
Most Arc owners use equity in their existing mortgage. We work with specialist finance partners across New Zealand and Australia who understand the Arc product and the income it generates.
“What does it actually cost to get started?”
Your Discovery Call includes a full project cost estimate — including transport, site works, and consent fees — specific to your property.
Arc accepts two build allocations per month.
